Vandalism, tool strikes, construction debris, careless cleaning — we grind, refine and repolish the glass back to optical clarity without distortion.
Every scratch is measured and mapped before a pad ever touches the surface. We remove only the glass necessary to level the defect, then step through progressively finer abrasives until the panel reads as factory-flat. No distortion, no waves, no replacement.

Sprinkler overspray and mineral runoff etch permanently into glass. We remove the etching itself, not just the film sitting on top of it.
Mineral deposits left in place will keep etching. Our restoration process removes the bonded silica and calcium and refinishes the surface, then we advise on the maintenance schedule that keeps it from coming back.

Scratched, hazed and scuffed acrylic panels brought back to clarity — with the softer touch acrylic demands.
Acrylic is far softer than glass and unforgiving of heat. We work cool and slow with acrylic-specific compounds to lift scratching and haze from panels, barriers, guards and displays without clouding or crazing the material.

We restore large-format acrylic and glass viewing panels with zero chemicals in or near the water, working around animal welfare schedules and guest hours so the exhibit stays open and the habitat stays undisturbed.

Where individual defects are too numerous to chase, we refinish the whole panel. The result is uniform, edge-to-edge clarity across a façade rather than a patchwork of corrected spots.

Detail-level cleaning as a standalone service or the final step of every restoration we perform.
Restoration is only finished when the glass is spotless. We hand off every panel cleaned, inspected and photographed so you can verify the result before we leave the site.
